French film channel seeks agency
French film: new channel looks for agency
Kate Magee 06-Oct-08
The Mint Group is on the hunt for an agency to launch the first French film channel on Sky.
The company, which owns KOKO in Camden and Infernos in Clapham, is planning to launch the French Movie Channel on 25 January. It is looking for an agency for an initial six-month contract to attract subscribers and raise awareness of the new proposition.
The group wants to target professionals over 30 years who are into arts and culture. Target titles include the Telegraph, the Financial Times and the Guardian.
It is in talks with several French personalities to potentially front the launch.
Head of marketing Deli Salih is leading the search. The chosen agency will be asked to start immediately.
