Football brief for Macesports

Macesport is to handle PR for the first international football business summit Leaders in Football.

The two-day event takes place on 7-8 October and features a collection of senior decision-makers in world football.

It is being held at Chelsea FC's Stamford Bridge home. Keynote speakers at the event include Football Association chairman Lord Triesman and Premier League chief executive Richard Scudamore.

Macesport will co-ordinate all media activity as part of the brief. The summit will include a conference, series of marketing workshops, an exhibition and networking opportunities.

The event will also host a General Assembly of the Association of European Professional Football Leagues, with over 50 representatives from 28 member leagues, including Russia, Greece and Norway.
