Warrington calls in DTW for review
Warrington Borough Council has drafted in local government specialist DTW to carry out a root-and-branch review of its communications.
The move follows the exit of senior comms officer Gary Jenkins to the passenger transport executive Merseytravel (PRWeek, 22 July).
DTW managing director Pete Whelan and account manager Hayley Garside will work with head of comms Bob Williams and report to Jan Souness, head of service in the chief executive's unit.
'Our aim is for Warrington to be recognised for its achievements, and to improve internal comms and public consultation,' said Souness.
