Knowsley gives DTW review brief
Knowsley Borough Council has drafted in DTW to conduct a review of how it communicates its leisure and community services.
DTW director Doug Allan said: ‘There is a determination at Knowsley to get communications right. This is a massive department with all sorts of services attached, including community services such as drug and alcohol teams.’
The review will comprise desk research, face-to-face interviews and comparative research. DTW secured the three-month task after a three-way pitch.
It is hoped the review will lead to more residents using services in the department, helping to boost the council’s income and allowing it to meet performance targets.
